    Flat Stanley has flatbread pizzas as the mainstay, bringing more of the West Coast style to Bali as a California restaurant focused on sourdough flatbread pizza & grills. Flat Stanley is helmed by Chef Matt White who started Alt. Pizza and Extra Virgin Pizza in Singapore and worked for chefs Michael Mina and Wolfgang Puck.

    This is a hip yet approachable all day and night venue that serves ingredient driven, fresh flatbread pizzas and grilled farm fresh produce. At once laid back & vibrant, the retro modern California vibe has arrived.

    You can expect a selection of sharing boards, small plates, vegetables, salads, sourdough flatbread and a range of farm to table meats from the grill.
