    Dining in grandeur is what Piasan is about. Located in the gorgeous Kayumanis Private Villa & Spa (BTDC Area Nusa Dua property) it maintains the Kayumanis flair for style and visual appeal. Specialising in fresh, seasonal ingredients brought together to create hearty regional fare, Piasan is the restaurant for those in search of an authentic Italian dining experience.

    The interior is stunning, with the main dining area in an enclosed environment of clear glass to create a sense of spaciousness that belies its actual size. Outdoor dining accommodates only a couple of intimate table settings against a waterway backdrop and a giant fire urn that is lit after dark.

    Piasan's a la carte items are where the creative minds of the chefs really shine, and for those looking to sample their a la carte dishes, a series of set menus created by the chefs can be enjoyed. All-time favourites like the Melazane Alla Parmigiana, Ravioli di Spinaci e Ricotta, Pesce Al Cartoccio and Filetto Alla Griglia Con Asparagi e Funghi are executed perfectly, with the meats cooked just right, and the accompaniments balancing the flavour of the meat wonderfully.
