    About

    The acclaimed PICA South American Kitchen in Ubud village is a small modern restaurant that focuses on refined Peruvian cuisine. This is the restaurant that made Ceviche ubiquitous on Bali menus. Chef-Owner Cristian Encina keeps the menu small with rotating specials focused on freshly caught seafood. Meat dishes, such as confit pork belly, Peruvian roast chicken breast and Bife Ancho Australian rib-eye however are also big favourites.

    The restaurant has two seatings at dinner. With only 24 seats at one seating, reservations are recommended. Make sure to leave room for the Ceviche, Empanadas, Cerdo con Manzana & Tres Leches. Or better yet, order the new degustation menu with wine pairing for the complete experience.
