    The Savage Kitchen is a wild health driven food concept that evolves around the way we were supposed to eat.

    Using regionally sourced and locally grown ingredients from all around Indonesia, Savage Kitchen aims to take real food to the next level - from their homemade, branded sauces, signature elixirs and cold brews to nakedly raw, guiltless desserts you can really sink your teeth into. The philosophy is simple: fresh food that looks great on the plate and tastes even better going down.

    From front-of-house, quick-n-fresh buffet offerings to satisfy on the fly, to full-on, sit-down, communal beast-feasts in the main restaurant, The Savage Kitchen offers a grass-fed and line-caught beastronomy (Bistronomy) experience done right.

    Without any labels that would influence the creativity of the team, they consider themselves real savages in the food industry, and hence the aptly named Savage Kitchen. Healthy doesn't have to be boring, and expect dishes such as perfectly grilled king prawns, crisp broccoli and coconut salad with apple and chilli accents, and plenty more oozing from the creative juices of the team.(September 2016)
