      About

Located centrally on Sukhumvit Soi 11, this restaurant promises a dining experience unlike any other. From the plush upholstery of the interior to the sleek tables and warm lighting, everything about Alex Brasserie is reminiscent of a modern European restaurant. The kitchen is helmed by Chef Arnaud Drouvillé, a graduate of the famed Médéric Culinary School in Paris, who cut his teeth working at some of the most famous establishments in France.

The menu here is devoted to bring out the best in every ingredient, and features an array of French, Thai, and fusion items that are sure to delight. Start with a light Yam Koong, a traditional Thai salad consisting of prawns, chilli, and garlic. The chilli is sure to awaken your senses and whet your appetite. For diners who prefer plant-based options, there is also a vegetarian salad made with market vegetables and French dressing.

Love salmon? Try the Salmon Tartare, made with fresh lemon and chunks of rich fish. This dish is not only pretty to look at, but tasty as well. Freshly shucked oysters are also available upon request. (June 2019)
