      Thai restaurants are a dime a dozen in Bangkok but if the restaurant in question has a string of awards under its belt, it’s worth sitting up and taking note. Patara fine Thai cuisine has earned it plenty of accolades, even one from the Ministry of Commerce Thailand, and no wonder! Their particular brand of modern Thai feature dishes that read like familiar international favourites – seabass fillets, braised lamb, and raw tuna, for instance – but don’t shy away a diverse range of authentic Thai flavours and premium ingredients.

      Grilled Kurobuta pork wrapped with betelnut leaves, braised New Zealand lamb shanks are given a savoury home in massaman curry, Southern style fried chicken is paired with green papaya salad – the Thai influences will leave you craving for more of these innovative dishes. Every section of the menu is carefully crafted. Desserts introduce gems like Caramelized Pisang Mas Banana Served with Coconut Ice Cream and Thai Smoke Scented Crème Brulee with Passion Fruit Sauce whilst the drinks list is as delightful as the extensive food offerings.
