      The menu boasts the freshest ingredients and it changes regularly according to the seasons in Europe. This means seasonal vegetables, the highest quality of fish, French meat, beautiful black truffle, white asparagus, and lots of European fruit in the summer. All this is paired with hand picked French wines that deliver a wonderful, palate-pleasing gastronomic experience.
