      It’s not easy finding an eatery when the hunger pangs strike at odd hours of the day. Fortunately, Siam Soul Cafe’s opening hours from six in the morning to ten at night means you now have a new addition to your go-to list for early breakfasts and late suppers.

      Modern and chic, Siam Soul Cafe proves itself to be more than just another hotel restaurant with its minimalist industrial decor and floor to ceiling glass windows that filters in plenty of natural light. From the menu, the signature Akyra Breakfast Tortilla is a great way to start the day. A crispy tortilla shell forms the base for a pillow of soft, scrambled eggs. The buttery goodness is topped with slices of crisp bacon, lettuce, and sweet juicy tomatoes. Siam Soul Cafe also does a healthy take of the usual Club Sandwich, where creamy avocado replaces good ol’ mayonnaise, sandwiched with turkey ham and vegetables between wholemeal bread. A lemongrass skewer holds the sandwich together while also imparting a fragrant scent to the dish, an interesting little touch.

      For more local flavours, try the Rose Rolls. The fried spring rolls are fashioned to resemble a bloom, filled with shredded chicken and vermicelli. There’s also a green curry with chunks of tender fish and eggplant if you crave a dish that is heartier.
