      About

Located in the exquisite Waldorf Astoria, this spot serves up fusion fare made with fresh local ingredients in a grand environment. The Brasseries is shaped like a horseshoe to flow with the rest of the building and has an Asian kitchen on one end and a Western one on the other. There are also live stations in the middle where guests can watch chefs at work, making for a well-rounded dining experience. The menu consists of various seafood, meat, and cheese classics, so even the pickiest diners will find something to love.

Meat lovers will love the Beef Bourguignon. Made with rich red wine, steak, carrots and potatoes, this rich stew is the perfect pick-me-up on a cold day. The meat melts in the mouth from the first bite, and goes perfectly with the accompanying potatoes and carrots. Another great option for carnivores would be the Steak Frites. The cut is cooked to the desired doneness, and comes with a side of perfectly-seasoned, crisp fries. For something a little lighter, try the Baked Camembert. Gooey, earthy, and simple, it pairs perfectly with a classic baguette. (April 2019)
