    About

    The boys are back in town, the Urchin boys that is, with the beloved Bali restaurant’s star players back on the Indonesian dining scene with a brand new venue in tow. Uni is set to launch early October, the first restaurant from the combined efforts of Urchin’s former star chef Steven Skelly and drinks guru Nicolas Lento.

    As for their latest venture, the design-savvy new 70-seater in the heart of Berawa is a self-described ‘casual fine diner’ that has been crafted in a collaboration between Steven and Design by Design Assembly. The artwork which lines the walls is a part of another special collaboration, this time with French artist Yaz and his collection Fair Le Off. As for the food, an amalgamation of Asian inspiration and contemporary techniques, the menu is a foray through Japanese flavours (among others) and sophisticated dishes to match its equally sophisticated (and rather unusual) tipple.

It's been a big week for all of us. The weekend is here.

We are continuing to do what we do best and provide a place for you to hang out with friends (at a safe distance) and celebrate the weekend.

Our Dining Room is open 20-21 March for dinner 6pm-late.
Bookings + walk-ins welcome.

From Sunday 22 March we will be offering a daily delivery wine service from 12pm-9pm (except 24-25 March due to Nyepi)

Like so many colleagues, we are also, unfortunately, a conveyor of sad news and find this absolutely devastating. From 22 March we will close our doors. We hope to be open again within weeks but, as we have learned recently, there is nothing predictable about this virus and we will just have to ride this out and see what each day brings with it.

We want to take this opportunity to thank you for all your support and we look forward to getting back to full business (again) as soon as possible, with many good times ahead together.
