    Anak laki-laki kembali ke kota, anak laki-laki Urchin, dengan pemain bintang restoran Bali tercinta kembali di kancah makan Indonesia dengan tempat baru di belakangnya. Uni akan memulai awal Oktober, restoran pertama dari upaya gabungan mantan koki bintang Urchin Steven Skelly dan guru minuman Nicolas Lento.

    Mengenai usaha terbaru mereka, 70 kursi baru yang memahami desain di jantung Berawa adalah 'restoran mewah kasual' yang menggambarkan diri sendiri yang telah dibuat dalam kolaborasi antara Steven dan Desain oleh Design Assembly. Karya seni yang melapisi dinding adalah bagian dari kolaborasi khusus lainnya, kali ini dengan seniman Prancis Yaz dan koleksinya Fair Le Off. Mengenai makanan, perpaduan inspirasi Asia dan teknik kontemporer, menu ini merupakan perintis melalui citarasa Jepang (antara lain) dan hidangan canggih agar sesuai dengan minuman yang sama-sama canggih (dan agak tidak biasa).
