      Here’s a buffet that lets you have fun with your food! Grilled seafood is the star of the buffet here, and Kod Thalay introduces interactive elements that keeps the meal interesting.

      There’s a Cook-Your-Own-Seafood station, where aspiring chefs-to-be can try their hand at grilling slabs of fresh salmon or crabs over burning charcoal; or the Live Prawn Catch Zone, where diners get to catch their own shrimp, prepare them, and cook them over a grill.

      Not a fan of working for your dinner? There’s also a cooked-to-order menu boasting over 50 items to pick from. Think juicy clams, large curls of squid, and generous slabs of beef, salmon, chicken, and meltingly tender pork shoulder. End the meal on a sweet note with wedges of fresh fruit, and a scoop (or two) of ice cream. (July 2019)
