      To satisfy your palates with an authentic taste of Georgia (the country in the Caucasus, not the state in America), Argo delivers quality cuisine using only the finest locally sourced ingredients. Infusing dynamic influences from the Middle East and European culinary traditions, the restaurant’s menu features a wide variety of dishes that expertly uses herbs, spices and walnuts.

      These delicious dishes include both meat and vegetarian options. Bringing Tbilisi’s spices market to your table, the Gazapkhuli is a classic Gerogian salad made of tomatoes, red onions and spring onions, dressed with coriander and dill. The Falafel, a Levantine classic, consist of deep-fried chickpea balls that taste as good as they look.
