      Located in the swish Como Metropolitan in central Bangkok, this spot has made a name for itself as one of the top ten restaurants in Asia as chosen by San Pellegrino and Acqua Panna. As if that wasn’t enough testament to chef Pim Techamuanvivit’s skill, the restaurant was also awarded a Michelin Star for two consecutive years in 2018 and 2019. Many of the menu items are inspired by the royal kitchens of Thailand, and are made from exquisite, never-before-seen ingredients such as guinea fowl and termite mushroom.

      Sink your teeth into the Red Curry Duck with Snakefruit. The sweet tanginess of snakefruit coupled with the spice and richness of the red curry makes for an unlikely but winning combination. The generous chunks of duck are cooked to tender perfection, and melt in the mouth from the first bite. Another must-try is the Stir-Fried Crayfish with White Turmeric. Edgy, bold, and just a little spicy, this dish perfect for seafood lovers. The light sweetness of the crayfish is tempered by the sharp white turmeric, making for the perfect balance of flavours.
