    Probably the most iconic Middle Eastern restaurant in Jakarta, Turkuaz serves authentic Turkish food and is named after the Mediterranean oceanic blue colour, which matches its decor and vibrant theme. Huddled along the streets of Gunawarman Senopati, they’re open for lunch and dinner and is led by Proprietor and Head Chef Sezai Zorlu, a visionary and innovative Turkish chef. His outstanding dedication and his passion for Ottoman cuisine are what makes Chef Sezai Zorlu the most recognized face of Middle Eastern dining in Jakarta.

    With 20 years of culinary experience under his belt, diners get to experience the richness and depth of the Turkish culture and customs that are reflected in the aromatic food that is cooked with the passion from age-old recipes of the Ottoman Empire that has passed through generations.
