    Pearl Chinese Restaurant offers dishes created with traditional cooking method and a modern twist, with its Executive Chinese Chef’s signature creations, such as; Wok-Baked Lamb Rack with Hot Bean Sauce, Braised Three Head Abalone with Superior Golden Broth, Pan-Fried Foie Gras with Peking Duck and Crispy Beancurd Sheet, Sautéed Lobster with Crab Roe Paste and Wok-Baked Pork Ribs with Five Spice Vinegar Sauce.
