    Three Buns is a culturally led, creative space with a restaurant at the core offering gourmet burgers and crafted cocktails, redefining the burger joint. Three Buns also acts as a hub for supporting and building our local creative community, whilst also working closely with like-minded international talent from the fields of Art, Music and Fashion. With two sites currently operating in Jakarta and Singapore and established plans for Bali, Tokyo, Seoul, and Hong Kong.

    The secret recipe for our unrivaled burgers lies with Chef Adam Penney, brought from London to create Three Buns. Our selection of gourmet burgers, other mains, innovative sides and desserts demonstrates his talent, love of high quality meat and sauces and years of research perfecting the perfect burger. We use the finest ingredients, artisan bun, with all our sauces house-made from scratch.

    Johnnie’s Buntel Lamb
    Inspired from a dish famous in Solo, the province of Central Java, Sate Buntel.

    This sandwich, use amazing prime Dorper lamb shoulder from Australia, locally sourced artisan demi brioche butter buns baked daily, with this famous house-made sauces,& pickles only for Rp 145,000.

    This delicious dish is made from marinated spice ingredients of Sate Buntel, mixed with shallots, garlic, ginger and cumin.

    Twice cooked Dorper lamb shoulder, which has been marinated and then cooked in a water bath for 24 hours,and then finished on the grill, to give this beautiful meat a wonderful fragrant, caramelised, delicate flavour.

    Accompanied with Johnnie Walker Black Label, blended exclusively from whiskies matured for at least 12 years, it brings together flavors from the four corners of Scotland to create an experience that is complex, deep, and rewarding.
