Start your dinner with the Shun Sashimi Grand, a sumptuous variety of freshly-sliced fish. There’s plenty of choices to pick at on this platter, from akami, hamachi, and chutoro, to scallops, botan ebi, and ikura. We know some enjoy sushi with that little extra charred flavour, which is why the Aburi Signature is a popular menu item here. On it, you’ll get a delectable selection of torched unagi, salmon, umami-packed shime saba, engawa, and uni. Or spoil yourself with some of the innovative sushi rolls at Shun Sushi. There’s the Unagi Cream Cheese Roll, a charming dish where slivers of charred eel, a cube of cream cheese, and chunky vegetables are rolled into one. Feeling fancy?
