Phuket 2018 - The revolutionising new-breed restauranteur, Hospitality Management Asia Group takes Phuket by storm with its newest addition, MOJO Grill & Bar, opened in December 2018. Situated in the heart of Patong, MOJO brings an extra flare to the dining scene with its fun atmosphere and delicious food.

Why the name MOJO? The word describes a feeling of magic and luck, an aspect that is crucial to the restaurants’ vibe and food. Putting a little touch of magic in all that they do, MOJO offers a wide range of food, from great steaks, juicy burgers and pizzas, and not mention a great cocktail menu.

The dining experience at MOJO is anything but short. Located right at the corner of the Rat-Utit & Bangla road intersection, MOJO’s ambiance is of casual lounge with a modern-chic tone. A choice of indoor and outdoor seating, to suit all of your needs, as well as a bar area where you can wind down with a nice cocktail or on the contrary, to get you warmed up for the evening ahead. An open kitchen presents the Chefs and its kitchen team at their stations. Everything is shown, nothing is hidden. Be prepared to watch real-time interactive kitchen theatre whilst your food is being made!

Similar to its sister restaurant, Cocotte in Bangkok, a leading establishment when it comes to sourcing high quality products. MOJO aims to do just the same. Serving up signatures such as the “Beef Tomahawk”, “Burrata x Parma Ham”, “Ham & Truffle pizza", or the crazy “Bolognese pizza”. Did we mention a great burger selection with homemade buns?! The “MOJO Burger” is definite must-try. Satisfy your sweet tooth with some of MOJO’s homemade desserts, a reinvented “Apple Crumble” or simply go for the famous “Tiramisu” with a special touch from the Chef.

In addition to the food element of the restaurant, MOJO has carefully curated an extensive wine list with bottles from around the world. The cocktail list on the other hand, adding to the classics that we all know, you can indulge in their signature creations such as the “MOJO Pop Art” a playful cocktail that definitely suits the restaurants atmosphere.

MOJO’s menu mastermind, Executive Chef Jeriko Van Der Wolf, cooked up a storm using combinations of traditional and modern techniques. MOJO’s Head Chef, Maël Monchauzou, dynamic and creative, his cuisine is nothing short but explosive. Having worked with some of the best chefs in the world such as Joel Robuchon and Alain Ducasse, this young chef has nothing but talent and passion, bringing to MOJO the magic it needs.

Award-winning Executive Chef Jeriko added his favourite quote by Paul Bocuse: “It doesn’t matter if it’s classic or modern cooking. There is only one cuisine: the good one.”
