Prepared by Executive Chef Joseph Sergentakis, enjoy signature favourites such as the Hokkaido Scallop & Oyster Ceviche, Black Truffle Cod 'Brandande', and Cast-Iron Roasted Rangers Valley "Black Market" Ribeye.
