    Paint the town red on a night out at Cool Cats, The NCO Club's live music lounge and cocktail bar, which sees a stalwart assembly of musicians from the local circuit gracing its stage weekly. Curated by head mixologist Nicola Paterno, discover 14 signature cocktails dedicated to the history of jazz, revolving around stories about the mavericks and legends behind the genre. With each signature drink inspired by a particular moment in time and distinct flavour profile, choose from sultry and smooth to edgier and more up-tempo creations as the music take you away.
