    The small and neat 1,800 square-foot restaurant comes complete with a European Meat Showcase and Chiller for its Dry Aged Meat to cater to its Gourmet Loyalists. This meticulous Dry-Aging procedure allows the enzymes to break down the connective tissues in the muscles, leaving behind a surprisingly higher concentration of natural flavors that consumers get to savor- the tasty and tender goodness of Dry Aged cuts.
