    Dempsey welcomes a new bar to the hood in the form of Foresta, a newest drinking hole dishing out Asian delights.

    To begin, whet your appetite with the Spicy Butter Prawns. Buttered up and spiced for that additional kick, this flavour-packed starter will keep you wanting more. Another starter worth trying are their Sambal Sausages. Slightly sweet and spicy, this lip-smacking dish gives you just the right kick.

    Moving on to the mains, savour Foresta’s Asian plates spruced up with a local twist. Sample their signature Padaiyappa Rice, named after Indian superstar Rajini. The delectable dish is available in three flavours of chicken, mutton, and combination. For drinks, quench your thirst with Foresta’s very own Petta Bomb Shots. An exciting concoction of tequila, jägermeister, and vodka, you’re sure to get high on these unassuming shots.

    Every Friday and Saturday, harmonious notes from the live band can be heard serenading guests as they wine and dine. Exuding a cosy ambience, Foresta makes a great new spot for hangouts with friends and family. (Nov 2019)
