    Nestled in the Grand Hyatt Singapore, amongst the lush greenery of the terrace wing on the 5th floor, Oasis is an alfresco poolside dining restaurant presenting an a la carte selection of impeccably hearty options and refreshing sundowners. Living up to its name, it offers a relaxed atmosphere and a true escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

    The sumptuous BBQ buffet dinner at Oasis is a grand event in itself. On Friday and Saturday, you can savour the dining experience of selecting food from a full bed of tantalizing BBQ. From Sunday to Thursday, you can sit back, relax and enjoy a tantalising BBQ platter made up of your picks, which are plated and served directly from grill to table. (Aug 2017)

    BBQ Platter
    When: Sun to Thu (6-9pm)

    From Sunday to Thursday, Oasis will serve the BBQ platter, with all food served to diners' tables. All items can also be replenished at no additional charge.

    BBQ Buffet Dinner
    When: Fri & Sat (6-9pm)

    Pricing
    $88++ per adult (free-flow of prosecco, beers, red and white wines, margaritas and soft drinks)
    $68++ per adult (free-flow soft drinks)
    $48++ per child (ages 5 to 12)

    Private poolside dining

    Throw the ultimate poolside party for $88++ per person and leave all the grilling and roasting to a private chef from Oasis. Take a dip in the hotel's pool and dig into BBQ favourites such as the Australian grass-fed Sirloin Steak and Norwegian Atlantic Salmon, and free-flowing drinks with loved ones in a private gazebo. Applicable to groups starting from 10 guests and for a duration of three hours.

    Diners will have to contact the restaurant directly if they wish to book a private poolside party.
