    About

    Located in the mini-metropolis that is Jewel Changi Airport, this bistro serves Asian-European fusion food with an emphasis on Southeast Asian flavours.

    Start your meal with appetisers such as the Otah-Otah Slider Bao, garnished with sambal mayo and Kyuri cucumber, or the Blue Swimmer Crab Cake, served with Gochujang cocktail sauce, celeriac, and an apple and raisin remoulade.

    Continue to the entrees, such as the Braised Lamb Shank in Pomegranate Molasses, served with celeriac puree, confit cherry tomato and haricot vert (green bean). For more pronounced Asian flavours, don’t miss the Steamed Baby Seabass with Lemongrass Broth, served with cantaloupe and Japanese pearl rice.

    Finish your meal with the Cempedak Profiteroles, consisting of a craquelin (a Scandinavian type of pretzel), served with creamy Cempedak ice cream and compote. For vegans, try the Vegan Chocolate Hazelnut Cake, served with sinful chocolate frosting and roasted hazelnut ice cream.
