    In under a year, Restaurant JAG, Singapore’s latest French fine-dining restaurant has been awarded its first Michelin Star. Keeping their eyes on the prize, restaurant owners, Anant Tyagi a veteran restauranteur and French Michelin-Starred Chef Jeremy Gillon guaranteed a dining experience reaching the pinnacle of perfection. Staying true to its distinct concept, a tailored menu which highlights some of the most rare herbs from the Alps of Savoie, the duo have led the team to deliver only perfection. Each diner is served the finest meal using the freshest seasonal ingredients in the intimate warmth of the 27-seater restaurant. At the end of each meal, the diner is presented with a hand-written menu by the Chef and a special gift, making a visit to Restaurant JAG truly memorable.

    The beverage program contributes immensely to the overall dining experience. The Lounge Bar on the second floor opens up to a beautiful space, well-stocked with small-batch craft gin, vodka, rum, whisky and sake labels. Using the French herbs as its inspiration as well, the impressive menu features signature cocktails, updated with the change in season.
