    Yantra has established itself as the premier fine-dining Indian restaurant in Singapore, having won numerous accolades such as Singapore Tatler Best Restaurants in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 and the Best Restaurant Concept Award (Asian) in 2011 by Epicurean Star Award. Now in celebration of its 8th anniversary, it seems fitting that Yantra has collaborated with world-renowned Chef Hemant Oberoi, who has cooked for the likes of world leaders and celebrities such as Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Margaret Thatcher, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.

    This is not your typical North India - the dishes are inspired by flavours from all over India, but with a contemporary twist. One stellar example, the Chicken Tikka Fondue, is the perfect marriage between chicken tikka marinated in spices and yogurt, and a tantalizing cheese fondue. From the Seafood Rassa to the Thepla Tacos, the dishes are also telling of Yantra’s unyielding conviction of using the freshest ingredients and spices hand-picked and flown in from India.

    Yantra also turns fine dining up a notch with an interior that conveys an effortless sophistication and elegance, a clever reflection of its food. The extended bar which boasts of an imaginative range of specialty cocktails like the Tandoor Mojito and intriguing whiskies from Scotland’s finest whisky producing regions is also majorly impressive.
