    A student-operated restaurant located right in the heart of ITE College West’s vast campus, Amber West brings affordable gourmet selections prepared by student chefs to those who visit the in-house fine dining restaurant at Choa Chu Kang. Offering some of the best Western cuisine in the west, Amber West features a tantalising collection of dishes suitable for large gatherings and intimate socials.

    Specialising in Asian and Western cuisine, the restaurant serves up four course meals that will definitely get you bang for your buck. Start off with a classic mocktail as you wait for your choice of starter or soup to arrive. The New York Steak is the star of the show here, with a knob of herbed butter on it for extra succulence.

    Warm and buttery, the Cherry Tart is a wonderful explosion of colour, textures and flavour profiles. Paired with a decadent scoop of dark chocolate ice cream, each mouthful of this sweet treat is sure to leave you craving for more. Another yummy dessert worth trying is the Earl Grey Panna Cotta with Summer Fruit. Tinged with hints of black tea, this fruity bowl of goodness is fun and extremely delightful. (Aug 2020)
