    About

Art is an elegant Italian restaurant helmed by Mchelin star chef-restaurateur Beppe De Vito. Formerly known as Osteria Art, the restaurant takes diners on a new culinary journey with its array of produce-driven, exquisitely-plated appetisers, mains and desserts. The dishes created are a reflection of De Vito’s attitude towards life — a spirited discovery of surprises and new experiences — resulting in a contemporary Italian menu that exudes hints of Asian influence.

Whet your appetite with several small plates, including Hokkaido Scallops with Romanesco and Shellfish Sauce, and Pumpkin Tortelli with Chanterelles and Toritto Almonds. Then, take your pick between seabass, suckling pig, beef tenderloin or Challans duck for the main course. End off your meal on a sweet note with the indulgent Gianduja Chocolate with Hazelnut Gelato, or a refreshing dessert like the Honey Poached Pear with Raspberry Essence.

Alternatively, go for the degustation menus and let the chefs surprise you course after course. (Nov 2019)
