    Boasting interiors which draw inspiration from Asia’s rich tapestry of cultures, Blue Jasmine is a casual yet chic restaurant that serves up the best of Southern Thai and Esarn cuisine at Park Hotel Farrer Park. The restaurant’s rustic red bricks and crisp white tiles form a minimalist backdrop to the Blue Jasmine’s colourful Peranakan Kebaya digital print centerpiece, creating a stylish atmosphere in which diners can enjoy great Thai cuisine.

    The menu features a wide selection of dishes, all inspired by the traditional flavours of Thailand, as well as its bustling street food culture. The Southern Roasted Chicken is a favourite - chicken is marinated in a cornucopia of aromatic Thai herbs and spices, before being roasted till all the flavours are absorbed. Sink your teeth into a piece of the Southern Roasted Chicken, and you’ll be amazed at how heaven can exist on a plate! As for desserts, the Blue Mango Sticky Rice is a modern twist on a Thai classic. Of course, the stars of the show are ripe and juicy mangoes. Butterfly pea flowers are used to colour the accompanying glutinous rice a bright, vibrant blue.
