    About

    Inspired by chef and restaurateur Olivier Bendel’s experience in being the first to expand and popularise Belgium’s signature ‘mussels and fries’ restaurant concept throughout France, this elegant bistro aims to do the same on our sunny shores. In addition to Mussels and Fries, it serves a wide selection of comfort food from the Benelux region of Europe.

    Needless to say, the Moules-frites is a must-try here. Plump, juicy gems of the sea are cooked in a sauce of your choice, alongside a generous portion of golden fries. Bring along your appetite so you can indulge in the hearty servings that come in 500g, 750g, or 1kg portions.

    Another favourite is the Tarte Flambée, an oven-baked flatbread from Alsace. BTM does it three ways: Smoked Bacon and Caramelised Onion, Escargot and Parsley Butter, and Porcini and Comté.

    End your meal on a sweet note with a selection of traditional French desserts, including Grand Marnier Soufflé and Tarte au Citron. For a little extra indulgence, pair your dishes with a glass of wine or cocktail. (Nov 2019)
