    About

    A newly launched space rendered for the meat-lovers and the ones in search for highs and good vibes, Butcher Boy is an Asian-inspired bar & grill set along the Keong Saik dining enclave. The second and newest venture by Chef-OwnerAndrew Walsh of Cure, Butcher Boy’s key offerings, as its name suggest, are a sizzle of luscious meats alongside a selection of cocktails, buns, sharing plates, and oh-so-decadent sundaes.

    Taking its naming inspiration from Walsh’s all-time-favourite novel and movie, The Butcher Boy, the space is intended for guests to escape from the bustle of life and ease over a laid back atmosphere of great food, tipples and music. Against a raw and no-frills setting amped with a DJ booth, guests can slip into chill over Asian-inspired tipples including 'Smoking Carriage Cocktail', that are expertly blended by award-winning mixologist and Butcher Boy bar manager, Knut Randhem.

    Following through the Asian influence, Butcher Boy presents carnivorous grill options for guests to sink their teeth into, with freshly-fired meats including, the 'John Stones Irish Rib Eye with XO Sauce' amongst other cuts, that are all finished with dollops of accompanying sauces of various Asian flavours. Diners can also expect a range of small plates of tartare and baos (Asian buns) on the menu.

    Open for dinners (except Mondays) and lunch (Fridays and weekends only), the venue plays up its casual vibe with Sunday Roast & Lunch intended for guests to kick back over slow-roasted meat specials and indulgent sundaes to aptly round the week satiated. (Aug 2017)

    Expect good tunes, good company and of course amazing food. The Christmas Brunch Menu runs Tuesday to Sunday this December. Pre-orders are required for Tuesdays to Thursdays.
