    Located on the fifth floor of Peninsular Excelsior Hotel, Coleman’s Cafe takes its name from the eponymous street it is located on. With both indoor and outdoor seating, the buffet spread here is a feast of local to international delights. For starters, tuck into the slices of sashimi or seafood on ice. Craving a lighter start to the meal? Opt for a simple salad or soup to whet your appetite. No buffet is complete without a live carving station, and Coleman’s Cafe checks this box. Head to this station for hearty cuts of meat, with chef’s recommendations being the skewers of lamb, chicken, salmon or prawn.
