    It’s easy to lose track of which bar is which amidst the slew of hotel bars in Singapore. Not so for Cook & Brew, which stands out from the rest with its vast selection of craft beers, mouthwatering nosh, and tasteful aesthetic (think dark red leather bar stools and a black marble-topped bar). The food isn’t any run of the mill finger food; rather, take your pick from a range of skilfully-cooked local and international delights that will be sure to impress even the most discerning palate.

    Kick start your meal with bar bites including Pad Thai Fries, a delicious combination of sweet potato fries tossed in a heady mix of pad thai sauce and freshly squeezed lime, adorned with chicken, prawns, crushed peanuts and dried sakura shrimps, and Whipped Buffalo Milk Ricotta, Truffle Honey and Grilled Bread – whipped to create a delicate texture and sweetened with truffle honey to complement the crusty grilled sourdough, and Poutine “EH”, french fries doused with a generous serving of five different kinds of cheeses, pulled pork and Magner’s cider gravy, are still available, alongside a selection of craft beers.For something a little closer to home, try the Hawker Burger, a decadent creation comprising char siew-styled pork jowl, crispy pork belly, and sambal mayonnaise for a combination that works. Other must-try dishes include the Maple Miso Cod and BBQ Beef Ribs – for dessert, you definitely can’t go wrong with the decadent Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch Cake.
