    The Copper Chimney chain of restaurants has long been recognised as a place for hearty Indian and Indian-Chinese fusion dishes under one roof, with long queues testifying Singaporeans’ seal of approval for the fare served.

    Dig into favourites like Butter Chicken with tender chunks of chicken swimming in creamy tomato-based sauce, or Mutton Roganjosh for a spicy kick. Don’t forget to order a basket or two of naan to soak up the flavourful gravies and curries. Briyani lovers will also be delighted to know that there are no less than five types of this famed rice dish to choose from.

    If you're up for an adventure (which is highly recommended at Copper Chimney), go for their unique fusion dishes that marry the best of Indian and Chinese cuisine. You can't go wrong with the Paneer Manchurian Gravy, where cottage cheese cubes are submerged in a spicy and tangy sauce. Their Triple Szechuan Rice is also popular.
