    For lunch, pick from a selection of Italian cold cuts and cheeses, or nibble on some antipasti like fresh calamari or burrata cheese with smoked eggplant puree. Healthy eaters will also love the Wholesome Kale Bowls, topped with delicious options such as Baked Salmon and Avocado Rice, or Beef Romanesco.

    Come dinner, load up on freshly made pastas and pizzas. The Butternut Pumpkin Mezzelune is a vegan’s dream come true, with a light cashew cream and pumpkin carpaccio piped into delicate half-moon shaped pasta. Also good is the Spicy Lobster Tagliolini, featuring slipper lobster, a sweet tomato sauce, and plenty of garlic. Fancy a pie? The 8-Cheese Pizza is a different take of the usual quattro formaggi — with twice the cheesy goodness, and some smoked date cream and truffle honey to balance out the richness.
