    With a unique twist on traditional Teochew and Cantonese dishes, Famous Kitchen at Sembawang offers fusion seafood that draws inspiration from these two dialect groups.

    For the seafood lovers, the Salt Baked Flower Crabs are a must-try! Imported live from Indonesia, the flower crabs are first fried in a special wok with a pinch of sea salt. The Swatow Crystal Chicken is also a worthy contender. Served steaming hot with a unique sauce made from ingredients flown directly from China, the chicken flesh is chewy yet tender, reminiscent of the kampung chicken in the good old days.
