    Since 1999, G7 Sin Ma Live Seafood and Frog Porridge has been on a mission to provide the best frog leg porridge in Singapore. From its first humble bowl of porridge, it has expanded its menu to include premium live seafood and various zi char dishes.

    A good frog leg porridge is a foodie's dream, with tender chunks of meat marinated in a savoury combination of soy sauce, spring onions and spices, accompanied by a starchy bowl of rice congee to balance out the flavours. It's no wonder that it's been ranked highly in Singapore's list of comfort foods. The one at G7 is even cooked the traditional way, in a clay pot to preserve its taste and nutritional benefits.
