    Laksa Popcorn Chicken, for instance, will win the hearts of all fried chicken fans. The crispy golden-brown nuggets of fried chicken are accompanied by a slightly spicy, piquant laksa mayonnaise that is so tasty, you might be forgiven for double-dipping. Keeping to the local trend, the Otah Toasties are also perfect beer snacks — the spicy fish paste is fragrant and generous, sandwiched between generously buttered slices of grilled toast.

    If you’re looking for a proper dinner, the Beer Battered Fish & Chips is a classic. Served with mushy peas and spiced fries, the chunky fillets of white fish are dipped in a light beer batter and fried to perfection.
