    Fans of succulent roast meats, rejoice! Hong Kong’s famous Kam’s Roast has finally arrived on our sunny shores. Consistently awarded one Michelin Star in the 2015, 2016 and 2017 editions of the Hong Kong and Macau Michelin Guide, Kam’s Roast is synonymous with tender, flavourful, and mouthwatering roast meat delights.

    Kam’s Roast’s signature dishes include the Roast Suckling Pig, a favourite for special events and celebratory occasions. Roasted skillfully for an extended period of time, the crackling of the Roast Suckling Pig is thin and crispy, while the meat stays juicy and delicious - an extreme feat of true culinary skill. Another must-try is the ‘Toro’ Char Siu: premium strips of pork belly are seasoned with the Kam family’s award-winning secret marinade, and barbecued to perfection. Each slice of Char Siu, with its balance of lean meat and fat, melts in your mouth, with just the right amount of char for that piquant, smoky flavour. Another crowd-pleaser is the legendary Wonton Noodles. Handmade, goldfish-shaped wontons encasing premium prawn and pork fillings accompany fresh, springy noodles that are air-flown from Hong Kong to Singapore on a daily basis. As this is Kam’s Roast’s first outlet outside of Hong Kong, great measures are taken to ensure that the same standards and quality as those found in the Hong Kong flagship are upheld at the Singapore outlet as well.
