    About

    Belgians are known for their culinary expertise when it comes to mussels, fries, and of course, waffles. For a gastronomic trip to the land sandwiched between France, Amsterdam and Germany, head to Kingdom of Belgians. This gastropub offers a selection of 40 beers for you to try, best paired with pots of mussels, of course!

    In the hands of chef-owner Emmanuel Stroobant (the man who helmed Saint Pierre and Shoukouwa Sushi Restaurant), you can expect an all-rounded dining experience. While this venture takes on a more casual tone, there’s still a focus on quality ingredients and tried-and-tested recipes that can’t go wrong. Their loaded fries, Steak Frites and meatballs are classic staples that offer more than your usual pub grub.

    Having based himself in Asia for quite some time, Stroobant isn’t afraid to get experimental with flavours, incorporating local touches such as coriander and curry in some of his dishes. (Feb 2020)
