    Located in the hip Mohamed Sultan area, Le Fusion specialises in modern Chinese fusion cuisine that intersects East and West. Offering a one-of-a-kind dining experience, Le Fusion is a melting pot of well-loved recipes and modern cooking techniques.

    The interior of Le Fusion is apt, a true amalgamation of Eastern and Western traditions in all forms. Gently lit by red lanterns, its walls are decorated with graffiti-esque pop art, with neon signs providing an extra je ne sais quoi. Be sure to try their Imperial Double Boiled Soup, accompanied with premium nu er hong. Alternatively, the Pan-seared Salmon that is infused with Japanese mirin, and further seasoned with bearnaise sauce and baby romaine is also a standout.

    No meal is complete without some dessert! Be sure to try Le Fusion's excellent Chendol, topped with coconut milk and Bailey's cream, for an additional pick-me-up! (Dec 2019)
