    About

    Nothing spells communal dining quite as much as a hotpot dinner. Adding to the fray of hotpot joints in Singapore is Little Lamb (Xiao Wei Yang), located in Suntec City mall.

    The star of the show here is the Mala Xiang (spicy Sichuan) soup, made from plenty of dried chilli peppers, ginger and ginseng for a vibrant red soup base that packs a fiery punch. Order from a wide selection of fresh meats to swish and swirl in your choice of broth. The US beef slices and Kurobuta pork slices are generously marbled, and you’ll want to save room for the Lamb set as well. Try the signature Lamb Ribs, or the Braised Lamb that is good for sharing between three to four persons.

    Wash it all down with a pot of hot Chinese tea, that will help to balance out the rich dinner. (Oct 2019)
