    Naga Imo lets diners enjoy the best of both worlds. The first floor seats an intimate 10-seater omakase counter. Here’s where the chef puts a spotlight on seasonal produce flown in four times a week from Japan. Expect dishes such as pearly white discs of Raw Hokkaido White Corn, different types of ikura (fish roe) — both fresh and cured — and an umami-rich plump and juicy Okinawa oyster.

    If you’re a fan of uni (sea urchin) and lobster, ask for the Boston Lobster. The grilled crustacean is buttery and tender, topped with generous swirls of a luscious sea urchin cream that accentuates the natural sweetness of the dish.
