    About

Seeking to provide diners with a refreshing Asian fusion dining experience, Prawn Noodle Bar brings to you an array of prawn dishes across both starters and mains. A versatile ingredient that can be prepared in countless ways, fresh prawns are the main pull here, expertly incorporated into Prawn Noodle Bar’s unique dishes.

Book a spot to try a modern rendition of prawn noodles. The signature Prawn Noodle comes in either a dry or soup version. Tossed in fried shallot and pork lard, the dry bowl is a popular choice served with a hearty bowl of tangy yellow noodles, topped with lightly grilled king prawns and succulent rolled pork belly. Mix in a good amount of chilli for an extra oomph! The star of this dish however, is the prawn both. Surprisingly packed with a sweet prawn taste, the light soup was refreshingly tasty. Other noteworthy prawn-related dishes are the Prawn Laksa Risotto, Wok Hei Prawn Noodles and Prawnster Roll.

Wrap up your meal with a Five Spices Platter. An assortment of deep-fried prawn fritters, battered fish fillet, pork roll and spring roll, served with chilli sauce, this platter heaps all the eatery’s signatures into a plate. (Oct 2020)
