    Sushi Kou offers value-for-money omakase sets with three delightful multi-course menus. At Sushi Kou, the best oceanic catch and seasonal vegetables are flown in twice a week from the restaurant's suppliers in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Hokkaido. The chefs then plan omakase menus around the bounty of fresh ingredients. Hence, each omakase experience is uniquely different.

    Opt for the seven-course menu if you want a quick introduction to omakase-style dining, with appetizers, sashimi platters, grilled items, and sushi.

    Tamago Tofu with Tobiko is a steamed egg dish topped with flying fish roe for that extra burst of flavor. A great way to start the meal, this appetizer is light yet flavourful. A signature at Sushi Kou is the Unagi Nasu Tempura, with lightly fried unagi that’s rolled in eggplant.

    End your meal with the Gai Inaniwa Udon, topped with scallops, shrimps, and pumpkins. Featuring thinly sliced noodles that are braised before they are set to cool, the noodles are smooth and extremely tasty. (Mar 2020)
