    Diners who have missed the inimitable Szechuan Court at Fairmont Singapore can soon look forward to the well-loved restaurant’s return, in a new pop-up concept of Canton Garden which showcases the much celebrated regional Chinese cuisine of elaborate and exquisitely presented Cantonese fare.

    Renowned for serving some of the finest Szechuan and Cantonese delicacies, Szechuan Court’s new attentively crafted pop-up Canton Garden menu spotlights the latter cuisine giving tribute to time-honoured tradition through a modern lens. Impressively executed classic Cantonese dishes pay homage to Master Chef Mok Wan Lok’s Hong Kong heritage, while modern sensibilities are applied to their presentation with deft culinary theatrics and tableside finishes to complement the experience.

    The best way to Szechuan Court will be via the lifts and escalators from Raffles City Shopping centre and not via the Fairmont Singapore Lifts as it is not operational. (Nov 2020)

• All diners are required to check in and out via the Safe Entry QR Code located at the restaurant entrance.
• There will be temperature checks at the entrance of The Stamford Brasserie, located at Level 1 of Swissôtel the Stamford.
• Restaurant capacity has been reduced to be in line with safe social distancing. Tables are placed at least 1 meter apart.
• We seek the cooperation of all diners to practise safe social distancing of 1 meter between individuals when queuing or walking in the restaurant.
• As reservations are taken at staggered times to avoid the formation of long queues, please arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation.
• We seek your understanding that restaurants will be closed by 11pm.
• Consumption of food & beverages must be completed by 10.30pm.
• Access to Asian Market Cafe is via the lifts and escalators at Raffles City Shopping Centre and not via the Fairmont Singapore Lifts, as it is not accessible.
