    Come in groups to enjoy a wide selection of all that the restaurant has to offer. Highly recommended plates include the signature Steamed Flower Crab in Shaoxing Wine and Chicken Oil, Steamed Glutinous Rice with Yellow Roe Crab and Braised Tofu with Bonito Flakes. A traditional favourite not to be missed out on is the Braised Sea Cucumber with Mushroom in Chinese Herbs. This herbal pot of sea cucumber and mushrooms is a flavourful dish with high nutritional value. Best enjoyed with the Deep Fried Soon Hock in Superior Soya Sauce, these two dishes complement each other perfectly and are sure to leave you coming back for more.
