    Come in groups to enjoy a wide selection of all that the restaurant has to offer. Highly recommended plates include the signature Steamed Flower Crab in Shaoxing Wine and Chicken Oil, Steamed Glutinous Rice with Yellow Roe Crab and Braised Tofu with Bonito Flakes. A traditional favourite not to be missed out on is the Braised Sea Cucumber with Mushroom in Chinese Herbs. This herbal pot of sea cucumber and mushrooms is a flavourful dish with high nutritional value. Best enjoyed with the Deep Fried Soon Hock in Superior Soya Sauce, these two dishes complement each other perfectly and are sure to leave you coming back for more.

    An array of dim sum delights are also available here. Delicately executed, the must-haves include the Pineapple Char Siew Tart and Salted Egg Yolk Siew Mai. Runny and salty, the rich salted egg yolk is wrapped in a mix of minced pork, flying fish roll and thinly rolled wonton skin. (Sep 2020)
