    For a healthy yet hearty option in the bustling CBD, head to Tapasta Bar. This fresh concept serves pasta and grain bowls by day, and Spanish-style tapas (sharing plates) by night. There are no fixed combinations here; instead, diners put together their own bowl from an array of fresh ingredients.

    The Creamy Fusilli is a good base to build your bowl around. The curly pasta is cooked al dente and bathed in a rich, aromatic sauce laced with garlic and onion. For mains to go with the pasta, try the Salmon — the fish is grilled til’ fork-tender, with a crisp skin. Also good is the Roasted Chicken Thigh, with a lightly-peppered skin and succulent juicy meat.

    Dinner is a good time to head over with friends, you can sit back and share nibbles in a leisurely fashion. Be sure to try the Cajun Mushrooms, an addictive snack of plump button mushrooms encased in a golden-brown battered skin.
