    Experience the taste of Nanyang right in the vicinity of Siglap. Owned and operated by multi-award-winning celebrity chef, chef Pung Lu Tin, the restaurant serves traditional Chinese dishes with a touch of modern creativity.

    A scrumptious creation by chef Pung Lu Tin is the Stewed Rice Vermicelli with Seafood and Supreme Stock in Opeh Leaf. Nicely diced into bite-sized pieces and braised in supreme chicken stock, the ingredients are tossed with prawns and scallops, enhancing the flavour of the dish. The Braised Charcoaled Tofu with Minced Pork and Dried Shrimps also pack a punch of flavours. Cooked over a hot stove to bring out the flavours of the silken tofu, the dish is topped with fried minced pork and dried shrimps.

    Another mouthwatering dish is the Poached Chinese Spinach with Sea Clam and Trio Eggs. End your meal on sweet and savoury notes with the Soya Bean Milk Pudding with Mango Puree.
